President of Inspired Communities
Tim Bradley has never backed away from the details – one can never be too small for his full attention. Tim’s background has been filled with successes stemming from his unrelenting focus on the details that make all the difference. He brings his vast experience in financing, mergers and acquisitions, business analysis, production and marketing to his role as President of Inspired Communities. Tim is responsible for all the day-to-day operations, finances and strategies of the Inspired Communities team. While his expertise ranges from the residential real estate industry to corporate controller of a billion dollar, multinational company, Tim is dedicated to his decision to remain involved with small, private companies and will be the first to tell you Inspired Communities is about much more than just building new home sin Columbia, SC. Enjoying the direct contributions and family feeling of private projects, Tim believes this hands-on approach connects him directly with the community that means so much to him and his family.
Brian Boyer
Vice President of Real Estate
Brian Boyer believes that hard work and dedication is the secret to success. As a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point with a degree in Business Economics, Brian proudly served our country as an Airborne Ranger Rifle Company Captain in both Afghanistan and Iraq. Returning to the city he has always called home, Brian simultaneously served as Vice President of Real Estate for Inspired Communities while earning his Masters in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina. Mr. Boyer’s focus is identifying, creating and marketing unique developments throughout South Carolina. His dedication to community involvement, historically responsible building and affordable housing makes him a true industry standout – both locally and beyond. Mr. Boyer serves on the Board of Directors for the Columbia Chamber of Commerce, as co-chair of the Columbia Opportunity Resource and on our city’s Affordable Housing Task Force.
Mary Tinder
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer for Inspired Communities, she keeps the company focused on innovative strategies for homeowners to get the most out their investment. Ms. Tinder graduated first in her Masters in Business Administration Class at Marymount University. With over twenty years of experience in all areas of real estate and business, from Fortune 100 companies to new home sales and marketing, to corporate housing and financial management, Mary brings unparalleled expertise to the company. Additionally, Mary spent three years managing government relations with the Department of State at the US Embassy in Rabat, Morocco. Numbers inspire Mary Tinder and her focus inspires us to provide the highest quality home for our customers at the most affordable price point.
C. David Tuttle
Vice President of Real Estate
As a student of the New Urbanist movement of design and development, David Tuttle believes tomorrow’s successful neighborhoods will be based on the same concepts that have historically made for attractive, sustainable communities. Throughout the course of his career he has owned and managed a general brokerage firm and high-end custom construction company. Additionally, he helped start and develop the concept and mission of Inspired Communities, with a focus on the vertical construction entity. David is a graduate of The University of South Carolina School of Business with a double-major of finance and real estate. Early in his career, David was involved in golf course neighborhood developments - primarily focusing on sales and end-users. Currently, David manages all aspects of development for seven projects in South Carolina where his expertise in development, real estate sales and construction management inspire us to think beyond today and create the communities of tomorrow.
